Dr. Goljan audio has been around for a very long time. Step 1 is a lot about the basic physiology & pathology which tends not to change (i.e. RF is still a antibd against Fc of IgG). 40 hours is not that bad considering the 4 weeks most people spend as long as you take good notes etc.
