Finasteride (Proscar) is used alone or with other medication to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with enlarged prostate.
Usage
Finasteride is usually taken once a day, either before or after a meal. It's best to take it at about the same time each day.
There are several potential drug interactions between these medications - Lisinopril, Atorvastatin, Tamsulosin, Finasteride. For example, tamsulosin and lisinopril can both lower blood pressure, so taking them together may cause your blood pressure to drop too low.
